Every weekend will include
  • An asana practice with Mediation both Saturday + Sunday
  • Pranayama techniques – Nadi Shodana + Kaplabhati + Ujaayi Breath + Bandah work
  • Sunday afternoon will be about The Bhagavad Gita + The Yoga sutras + any philosophical questions.
  • There will be homework given after each weekend to be emailed before start of the next weekend – This will help me see if there are any areas I need to focus more on.
