I have studied with many of the great Yogis over the years, and continue to do so. I have practised with a variety of “Yoga Schools”, primarily “Ashtanga Vinyasa” absorbing knowledge, techniques and ideas from all of them. It is my openness to all forms of Yoga that allows me to teach in a way that really resonates with me, allows me to stay true to my beliefs.
I continue to learn and grow in my own practice and transfer in every class the energy Yoga has given to me over to you. My classes are mostly inspired by dynamic sequences of Ashtanga Yoga, so if you are to take a class with me – expect to flow.
My Yoga path has not yet led me to a remote cave shunning all my belongings, I love my practice and I also love all that goes with that practice. I like to feel good, create a special space and am particularly fussy about the mat I practice on. Every item you see here I use and love. In my bespoke collection of clothing and accessories, each piece has earned it’s place. I am passionate about all things Yoga, and I want to share that passion with you.
